Consular Service Fees are as follow:
Consular Report of Birth Abroad – $100.00 USD
First/Minor Passport – $115.00 USD – use the DS-11 Form
First Time adult/lost/Stolen passport – $145.00 USD – use the DS-11 Form
Adult passport – $110.00 USD – use the DS-82 Form
Notary services (per signature) – $50.00 USD
We can only accept fee payments in the form of a bank draft in U.S. dollars, drawn on a commercial bank made payable to “U.S. Embassy”. We are unable to accept personal or company checks, cash or credit cards during outreach trips.
Please visit the US Department of State website to print out the appropriate passport application form for your required service. Please ensure the application forms are fully completed and bring them with you, along with any required supporting documents.
Please be sure to bring original documents, plus photocopies. After the original documents are seen by the Consular Officer, the Officer will return the originals back to you and retain the copies.
Please ensure that passport photos are the correct size and meet the requirements.
