The American Embassy, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, has a requirement for DIN Service Renewal (as per attached scope of work (SOW) to be established at the American Embassy – Douglas Street, Port Moresby, National Capital District. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections:

The Embassy plans to award a purchase order for 6 month .You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the completed SF-18 to the address shown in Block 5a of the SF-18 by June 10, 2022 at 4.00pm. Oral quotations will not be accepted.
