Message for U.S. Citizens: Consular Agency Honiara Temporary Suspension of In-Person Services (February 9, 2022)

The U.S. Consular Agency in Honiara will be unable to provide in-person services from February 11 until early April.

During this period, we will be unable to provide in-person passport and notarial services at the Agency in Honiara. U.S. citizens requiring such services during this time should contact the Consular Agency via the telephone or email listed below for information regarding possible options for service.

U.S. citizens experiencing an emergency in Solomon Islands outside of business hours should contact the U.S. Embassy in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, via telephone (+675-308-2100) for immediate assistance during nights and weekend hours. The U.S. Embassy in Port Moresby can also be reached via email, during business hours, at ConsularPortMoresby@state.gov.
