The United States Embassy in Port Moresby has a requirement for Routine Maintenance of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Equipment at an Embassy Owned Property. To obtain a copy of the requirements, please contact the Contracting Officer (CO), General Services Office (GSO) at the U.S. Embassy Port Moresby, by email at PortMoresbyProcurement@state.gov . The deadline for submitting a quotation is, August 5, 2020 at 4.00pm.
This announcement constitutes a Pre-solicitation notice only and does not commit the U.S. Embassy Port Moresby to make award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. The American Embassy, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, has a requirement under the Public Affairs Section for an Internet Plan (as per attached scope of work (SOW) to be established at the National Library at Waigani, National Capital District.

The request for quotations (RFQ) consist of the following sections:

The Embassy plans to award a purchase order for one year You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award.
